As an expanding IT company, we work with top film festivals worldwide. Our online platform streamlines event organisation, eliminating stress and overtime. We've achieved success so far and are now looking to expand internationally. With your help, we can take it to the next level.
The role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Fiona, you provide excellent support for our festivals. You're their main point of contact, answering their questions and engaging with both existing and new Fiona customers. You offer guidance to users and gather their feedback to help us continually improve our product.
Additionally, you'll have our developers ready to offer technical support whenever these issues come up.
Together with our dedicated team, you will be responsible for the success of festivals across Europe and beyond.












Who are you?
You're tech-savvy and curious. You have a proven track record working with Fiona and are familiar with the various processes involved in film festivals. You understand how to build and maintain strong relationships with our users. You can also communicate effectively with both users and colleagues. Additionally, you can keep an overview and adapt quickly to new situations.
In addition:
You possess relevant work experience.
You communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
You have problem-solving skills.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
